We currently run two farming operations in the macedon ranges shire, a breeding property at the foot of Mount Macedon focused on producing top end beef cattle, with our primary operation located just 20 minutes up the road, at Green Hill.
Here we focus on putting the finishing touches on our premium beef and lamb, to offer a product exclusive to highland meats, Green Hills Natural.
Under the watchful eye of farm manager Shane Hohnberg, our breeding and feeding operations have developed greatly in recent years, to ensure we produce livestock in a way that is ethical and sustainable, putting our animals first is the key to producing a product that is second to none.
