Highland Meats is a family owned and operated meat wholesale and agricultural company, operating from Daylesford in central Victoria. For nearly 30 years we have been servicing the needs of butchers and supermarkets in metropolitan Melbourne as well as country Victoria and beyond. We understand every butcher has a unique market to cater for and we pride ourselves on giving old fashioned hands on customer service to help you grow your business.

Supplying over 40 tonnes of carcass beef, lamb, mutton and offal products to the Australian domestic market on a weekly basis, we have the experience to assist any butcher, big or small. We love to work closely with everyone of our customers to get a true understanding of what they need to help assist their business growth, with products to suit every style of butchery, from continental European to select Halal processing, to the hussle and bustle of Melbourne’s busy public markets, we cater to every butcher.
