For nearly 30 years we have been servicing the needs of butchers and supermarkets in metropolitan Melbourne as well as country Victoria and beyond. Supplying over 40 tonnes of carcass beef, lamb, mutton and offal products to the Australian domestic market on a weekly basis, we have the experience to assist any butcher, big or small.
